“I am very impressed with Dr. Singh's office. The front desk/checkin person is very amiable and helpful. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable and has useful equipment like the diathermy device that worked to fix my tailbone pain. The office is clean and pleasant. I recommend this office to anyone who needs chiropractic care, especially if there is have tailbone pain. The only thing I wish they would change is the TV in the reception area is set on a news channel - and personally, nowadays, the news is not what I want to hear in my downtime. Most Dr. offices have something neutral on, like a home improvement or cooking show. I would prefer that.”

Dr. Devinder P. Singh had a hard time deciding what direction to take his career. “I was confused between choosing a specialized medical field and a general one. That’s when my friend introduced me to chiropractic care. What I learned was so incredible.”
To familiarize himself with chiropractic care, he visited a chiropractic school. “The tour fascinated me, and I could not leave without knowing everything about this exciting field. That was when I decided to serve people by becoming a chiropractor.”

The doctor was 20 minutes late, and I had to tell the front desk three times that I was still waiting. I could hear that he was with another patient laughing and socializing and unaware that I had come in.
When he finally came in, he appeared unprepared and asked me for the X-ray I had taken. Instead of properly loading it onto a screen, he showed me the X-ray on his phone, which felt very unprofessional.
He then painted a very negative picture of my health condition, showing no empathy at all. He immediately shifted the conversation to discussing his treatment plan. There was no smile, no empathy, and overall very poor bedside manner.
Do better, Dr. Singh!
