Long wait and very unprofessional staff--noisy, chatty, and watching loud daytime TV.
This doctor is agenda-driven and will push you in other directions other than focusing on your primary complaint, so if she's your only option, be sure to know your expectations going in and be an advocate for yourself.

"Hidden Fees!" For an annual physical she had me come in twice (two copays) and has a mandatory annual fee. It felt like I was getting charged 3 times for one service.

The waiting room is small, patients waiting are friendly, TV was on, coffee and water available, comfortable setting. The wait is long though. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes before I was called in. For new patients, the paperwork is long. The doctor is nice and looks thorough to understand what the concern is in order to follow through.

APPRECIATE DETAILED RECORD-KEEPING ON BIG TV-TYPE SCREEN (HISTORY OF RECORDS) AS WELL AS ALL DETAILS ENTERED ON THAT RECORD FOR FUTURE REFERENCE (PRINTED OUT OUTCOMES GIVEN IN COLORED FORMAT, MAKING EVERYTHING CLEAR & EASY TO UNDERSTAND). SHE IS AN EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR, EFFICIENT, & HELPFUL. ONE EXAMPLE, I NEEDED A PAPSMEAR, AND WAS DONE IMMEDIATELY (INSTEAD OF SCHEDULING ANOTHER TIME..HELPFUL IN GETTING THINGS DONE ON SPOT INSTEAD OF MAKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. The office building was very small, the waiting space even smaller. The receptionist was friendly yet came across as not very confident and unsure of her answers; apologizing for everything. The nurse who first took me in was incredibly amicable: she did my medical screening quickly and thoroughly. Dr. Ganesan was very professional, caring and thorough. She was very helpful and takes her time with her patients to make sure they are well informed about what is ailing them. The only complaint I have (rather a pet-peeve) is how every one of the staff answered their phone while working with their patient. These phone calls were not important; they were from friends, kids who wanted to know where a box of cereal was; reading texts I'm sure can wait until after they're done talking to their patient. Overall good experience. I would recommend Dr. Ganesan to others.

Dr. Ganesan was wonderful. She really paid attention to me and was very caring. I will definitely keep going to her. The only downside was that I had to wait a long time, and the initial patient info gathering took forever and was disorganized. They're upgrading their system, so I anticipate that will change in the new year. I'd give her bedside manner an A+!

Dr. Ganesan is the ideal doctor that I always wished to have in terms of patient-medical professional relationship. It was my first to see her but I felt like I've been seeing her for decades. She made me feel like I was a person rather than an object in her examination chair. Very kind. Heart warming. She definitely knows how to take care of her patient's mind and body.

Although, the waiting room wait sometimes can run up to 40 minutes behind schedule, it's worth the wait. Once your in the examining room you have her undivided attention - she answers every question, making sure you understand her answers. I've never felt rushed by her...hence the long wait time.
