I empathize with the doctors, nurses, and staff at Innovative Primary Care - they obviously have quotas they need to reach so cannot spend more than 5-10 minutes per patient. I get it; I used to work in healthcare.
That said, I will likely not go back. The receptionist could not be bothered that I was there. The nurse who escorted me to the room to take my vitals used the absolute minimum number of words to convey his questions to me. The PA herself spoke about three times as fast as a typical person, and barely left me an opening to ask questions. Horror of horror, I had three questions to ask, which meant she didn't actually look in my eyes, ears, or throat, despite me telling her my throat felt weird. Then the nurse came back with my referrals, dropped them on a chair, and proceeded with a blood draw, again, with no words. No "you're going to feel a pinch." No, "I can't find a vein, let me try the other arm." I understand needing to hit numbers, but your patients are still people

The office is nice and the PA was wonderful. She was communicative and answered my questions. She also left comments on my blood tests results to tell me what the results indicated, which I've never had a provider do before! My experience with who I believe was a nursing assistant wasn't the best; he was curt but still efficient. I will be making using this office for primary care in the future.

What an amazing doctor and office. For hypochondriacs or individuals with fear of doctors visits, I cannot recommend Emma Raider highly enough. She listened to and addressed each of my concerns in a systematic, kind, and calm manner that made me feel heard and provided clear medical pathways forward. A five star doctor and office in every way.

Almost no wait time! Very quick and efficient visit. Doctor did not seem inclined to have a long chat but I also didn’t come in with any questions or concerns. I wish they had reached out in advance to confirm I’d be getting blood drawn and needed to fast. But I also could have called and asked. Overall great experience.

The provider was so nice, listened to all my concerns, including being a second opinion on a skin issue. Everyone at the office was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The parking is very weird and it's at a very busy intersection, but I would definitely go there again.

she was great! she took the time to run through everything thoroughly but also comprehensively, and made it very easy to talk to her about all health concerns as she was very non judgmental and validating. I was able to talk to her about lots of different health concerns and she made helpful suggestions. i'm glad to have her as my PCP!

I waited for an hour and my appointment itself lasted less than 10 minutes. Clearly this office has some scheduling dysfunction. This was very disappointing and showed a lack of regard for patients' time. The waiting room was completely packed, so I was evidently not the only person experiencing a long wait time.
For the care itself, I was seeking care from a a dermatologist and was instead booked with a PA who did not specialize in dermatology. The provider herself was good all things considered (no specialty - how would she have given me appropriate care when I booked a dermatologist appointment?).
I would never return to this office given it took a huge portion of my workday simply to be seen for 10 minutes and given generic recommendations I could have found by Googling.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit with Emma. I was seen shortly after arriving and check-in was seamless. Emma listened to any concerns I had and made sure everything was explained prior to the examination. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

This office had a very positive environment. The employees were happy and seemed to enjoy their time there, while also being fast and efficient at their work. I was in and out in 30 minutes, yet I felt more informed about my visit than most doctors I've visited.
