Dr. Diana is so nice and always asks the right questions. You can tell that she cares about her patients and she is also a great listener. Office is great, and the staff are very welcoming. No rush, and reasonable wait times. Wheelchair accessible is a plus for me!

From the first caller who called me to verify my appointment, she had a voice of an angel, then when I got there, the whole staff was so welcoming, friendly, professional, good looking, neat, eloquent, stylish super professional, spoke clear English made me aware of the documents I needed to submit with a smile and with high respect for me. The environment smelled like heaven, the decorations was modern and very pretty, there was no wait time. The MA who tool my vitals was compassionate and kind, The icing on the cake was the Doctor Diana who is just amazing. I have never met a doctor who listened to my concerns and needs such as Diana, she immediately ordered blood work gave me referrals and was on top of every detail of my visit. I will recommend all my friends and family to Diana, she cares about the patients and will go to every length to make sure they are taken care of. Thank you zocdoc for recommending her, I am happy and will give her 1000/100. Love this doctor.

The NP wasn’t completely terrible but she was moving really fast and wasn’t a great listener. I waited over an hour and it felt like when I finally got to see the NP I was being rushed and cut off. I will not be returning back to this practice. The front desk staff was also unpleasant.

This was my first visit to see Diana Macaulay. I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the office staff was. From the moment to check in and to leave everything was great. I loved the fact that they were able to draw blood for bloodwork right there. Very convenient.

The nurse was very sweet. She asked plenty of questions and told me and my daughter she had to draw her blood and what they were going to test it for, for example diabetes, iron and etc. Never had a doctor do that. Also they gave my daughter an iPad and were asking her questions about her mental state and other questions which I liked. Never had that type of experience

Dr. Macaulay was amazing! She was attentive to my concerns/needs regarding my health. She’s also a great listener, which was super important for me. Dr. Macaulay along with the staff gave me a great experience, so much so, that I am no longer dreading going to the doctor as I have in the past. It’s also wheelchair accessible and the office is spacious enough to maneuver a wheelchair around without bumping into walls or doors.

I am so excited to have found this place, front staff were on point and welcoming, the space is modern and very clean, the MA Lisbeth who took my vital was a rock star and NP Macauley was professional and direct but still warm. Will be recommending to others!

First impression went well. Provider was very kind and informative and also seemed caring. The only downside was the lengthy wait, approximately 1.5hrs. So she seemed a bit rushed. But It was fine since I needed to be somewhere else quickly. Overall ok visit. I look forward to my follow-up.
