Receptionist knew my name as I walked in the door and immediately took my information and offered me coffee while I waited for doctor’s aide to come. This happened so quickly the coffee was still too hot to drink! Aide took my information and Dr. Patel saw me promptly and really seemed to care about helping me. Scheduled some tests and PT & made follow up appointment. I finally have hope my back & knee pain are going to get better! So comforted!
