The office technicians were warm, welcoming, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about insurance, expectations, and waiting time.
Dr. Costellano was punctual and friendly, he listened to my concerns and then asked questions. He gave a cursory exam and explained what he observed then discussed a procedure he wanted to do, clearly preparing me for what to expect. The staff was quick to make arrangements for the testing equipment and the procedure was completed just as he explained. Bam! The exam was over that quickly. They explained the follow on expectations, what I needed to do, and what the timeline would likely be considering the upcoming holidays. EXCELLENT Team!
