She began her academic journey at the University of Memphis, studying the development, structure, and functioning of human society, followed by earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union University in Tennessee, laying the foundation for her passion for healthcare. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

My appointments with Domonique are quick and flexible to schedule. I came in with a problem and she has provided me with a solution that has helped me with dealing with some the issues in my life. With the medicine that I'm on, new issues have come up as a consequence of my coping behaviors from before my treatment, and she has helped me gain insight on my diagnosis. It's been a few months now, but the medicine she has prescribed and the timely appointments with her has made a night and day positive difference in my life. I hope to continue with Dominque for a long time.
