About Dr. Donald Woznica Jr
Donald Woznica is a family care physician serving patients in Chicago, IL. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Woznica began his medical education at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine, and he completed his family medicine residency program at the University of Chicago Saint Joseph Hospital.
Dr. Woznica served as the chief resident for his program in his final year, applying his interpersonal skills to his medical knowledge to help his fellow residents and patients. He volunteers his medical expertise to the Community Health Clinic in Chicago, and has been doing so since 2005. Dr. Woznica serves on the committee responsible for weekly clinic operations and their finding, as well as providing medical service to the uninsured. He is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Dr. Woznica is fluent in both English and Spanish.
When he is not sharing his medical care and expertise, Dr. Woznica enjoys traveling and hiking, team sports, and cuisine. He grew up in Nicaragua and Mexico until he relocated to the United States.
