Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Worst psychiatrist I have ever dealt with. Poor listening skills. Very unkept unprofessional and obnoxious. It’s very concerning that the screening process isn’t more thorough. Would not recommend.

This was an awful experience. The provider took both appointments with me while driving home from work. This made it difficult to communicate with the service going in an out. The grow therapy system is tough to use and the therapist even admitted she has issues. She prescribed me some mental health meds and told me to call in a week. I’ve now been off my meds for three days because she told me she would schedule me for an apt and didn’t. I need to find another provider with a more professional system.

I explained to her that I needed to update my medicine, at which time she ASSURED ME that I could count on her when she was to call me the next day. I was a adamant in the fact that I needed my medication and she told me that I didn't have to worry she would take care of it when we talk the next day well she never called and I had no way of calling her. The experience with ZocDoc has been nothing but awful I've tried three different providers and three different providers failed me failed to actually show at the appointment and this one didn't do what she said she was going to do which was call me the next day to let her know what meds I needed. I was just floored by all of this it's very upsetting to me because I really need my medication!!
