“I’ve had so many doctors treat me more like scientist would a experiment, more than a patient. So to come across Dusty Carlson was honestly the best thing after getting a concussion at work. Not only did he actively listen like a good doctor does in conversation, but he didn’t dismiss my issues and worked with me. I now understand why this guy has nearly a 5 star rating. He’s a great listener and actually helps you instead of making things more difficult. A rare find in America it seems like these days. Need one who will listen and not dismiss you. Look no further!”

I like to think the best kind of provider is one who listens to your input on what’s going on with your health and not just throws things at you and i felt that 100% in my appointment! i felt included in my health decisions and felt very heard, i prefer NP’s over MD’s because i believe the nursing background gives more empathetic care and more of an understanding of treating patients and my visit validated my belief in that!

Dr. Dustin Carlson was wonderful and truly listened to me about how I’ve been feeling physically and didn’t brush me off,my biggest fear in healthcare is that I will be ignored or uncomfortable and he provided a safe,comfortable, and trusting environment.I felt like I was finally being heard about how bad I was feeling and he clearly communicated my options and made sure that I was comfortable with every decision we were making regarding my health.This is the first primary care doctor I’ve had in a very long time that actually made me feel like he cared about not only my physical well being but also my mental health too.Book him he’s amazing!!!

I was very stressed when my insurance changed and I was forced to find a new primary care doctor after 6 years. Dr. Carlson was very easy to reach and I felt that he truly listened to my story and was willing to help me as best he could as his new patient.

Fast and accurate. Dustin asked all the right questions and listened to my responses, together we established what the next steps should be and he addressed and referred me for further care. This was a very good interaction and will be contacting Dustin again for any further treatment.

Dr. Carlson was kind, efficient and easy to communicate with. I was expecting a much more complicated and difficult process to get established as a patient but Dr. Carlson addressed all of my concerns and I left the appointment relieved and with a clear action plan for continued care.
