The visit was ok. Wait time was a bit long, because the front desk forgot to register me and give me the new patient paperwork until I reminded them why I was waiting. The office on Austin Street has a modern look and they seemed very prepared to minimize COVID risks. Dr. Olkowski seemed warm and made conversation to get to know me, yet visit felt short and I learned I would have to wait 1 month to get the birth control device (IUD) since they don't keep these supplies on site. A bit disappointing and quite inconvenient to have to wait 1 month for birth control to be ordered through my insurance. I thought an OB/Gyn office would have these items on site or easily accessible.
