I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Arizona State University Downtown Phoenix Campus and hold a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University. My educational journey also includes a Bachelor's degree from Grand Canyon University and an Associate's degree from Scottsdale Community College. I help those with depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and other mental health conditions find long-lasting relief by identifying the root cause of their symptoms. I blend a strong foundation in primary, emergency, and integrative psychiatric care to offer comprehensive and individualized treatment.

What should a new client know about working with you?

***PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT PRESCRIBE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES AT THIS TIME*** I create a personalized treatment plans based on a patient's unique biochemistry, genetics, lifestyle, medical conditions and environmental factors ensuring that the treatment plans address the mind-body connection. I offer medication management, brief psychotherapy, nutritional supplements, lifestyle counseling, lab testing and mindfulness techniques. At this time I do not prescribe controlled substances.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will start with free 15 minute consultation, in this no-obligation session you can discuss your concerns, and learn about my integrative approach. Your first appointment is a comprehensive 60-75 minute session focused on understanding your unique needs. It includes: - In-depth evaluation of your mental health history and current concerns - Personalized treatment plan, blending conventional and holistic approaches - Discussion of testing, medication, supplements, nutrition, therapy and lifestyle strategies. Your virtual follow-up appointment is 30-45 minute session to provide continued support for your mental well-being. It includes: - Review of symptoms, treatment response, and any concerns - Personalized therapy session to explore thoughts, emotions, and coping strategies - Adjustments to your treatment plan, including medication, supplements, and lifestyle guidance
