Great Doctor and support staff. Dr. Hassanain was great in addressing all my concerns. He is very knowledgeable, and provided excellent options for my treatment.
I was met by Jennifer at the receptionist's window. She was extremely polite and helped me with all my paperwork.

It hasn't been the best experience. My first appointment was for a yearly checkup. Waiting time was too long. Even though I made an appointment ahead of time, I still had to wait an hour and half. Front desk and other staff was not well trained. Feels like they work asynchronously. Doctor was in rush and gave me only few minutes.
Today I came for my second visit. Visit is to follow up on yearly checkup. I know my insurance covers for the yearly checkup but the Receptionist was saying that they might end up billing me for this visit. I have been waiting for almost an hour and still counting and that's when I decided to write this review. I hope it helpseems making an appointment.

The visit was fine. The receptionist worked hard trying to straighten up my horrible AARP Medicare insurance mess. It took over 2 hours to deal with the AARP Medicare insurance and another hour for the consultation.
