Until today Aug 27, still no one called me back about the blood test result. I don't think I will revisit or recommend this doctor ever.

This Dr. gets an A+ from me - Very nice, clean office, with very little wait time. Dr. Ekaterina was efficient, friendly and very reassuring, which was just what I needed, especially since I had sustained some dog bites and scratches on my hand and wrist. She was thorough and took time to answer my questions. I would absolutely recommend her for any of my friends of family members who are looking for a physician.
Dr. Milchtein is unusual in that she does not rush you through the visit. She is personable, listens and really appears to value what you have to say. I felt like she respected the fact that I know a few things about my own body and am able to make medically sound judgements. She responded promptly to my message through the patient portal when I had to follow up on a prescription issue. This is my second time seeing her and the first experience was just the same, which is why I went back!

My PCP, Dr. Milchtein. She has been my PCP for the last c. 3 years and I am happy with her --she is thorough, responsive to my needs/health complaints (e.g., she responds to my e-mails or calls within a reasonable time), personable and explains my health issues in a way that is easy to understand. So even if your office is some distance to where I live, my wife and I go to your office for our annual physical.
