I visit her once a year and every time I return back for my annual acne follow-up appointment, right away she asks me how I been since the last time I seen her. She is very personable, attentive and she will answer all your questions. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Dr. Kung for 4 years. She is thorough, and professional. When I had to have some suspicious moles removed, she took the time to explain everything to me. There is sometimes a wait in her office, but never anything crazy.

I feel bad giving her the 4 stars for wait time, just going by the guideline zocdoc has set. I had a wait time of 17 minutes, which isn't unreasonable. Things happen. Some people ask a lot of questions or are a little slow, and like traffic, sometimes there is a back up. Otherwise the assistant was nice, and Elaine was friendly and direct in answering my questions and going over my concerns. Afterwards they made sure I left with all the resources I need.
