They stress that you should come early but the receptionist can’t even show up a few minutes early to let you in the building. One of the other staff eventually let us in before the receptionist even made it in. ”

Front desk needs proper training. My appointment was canceled instead of calling to ask me my insurance carrier. The music playing was not office friendly and was very vulgar. My ID and insurance physical card was requested so I had to go home and get it and when I get back I was told to take a photo and upload it myself. Complete waste of time I don’t think I will be returning.

I scheduled an appointment with an MD, who accepts my insurance. Somehow my appointment was changed to a PA. The office called a few hours before my appointment to inform me the PA does not accept my insurance. I called them to ask them if there is another provider who accepts my insurance. They placed me on hold for about 15 minutes and then hung up on me.
