“My experience was very positive. Dr. Lai answered all of my questions regarding my skin screening as well as questions that I had about my son’s acne. She also went over what we needed to do with the medications that she prescribed very clearly and accurately. When she removed a few skin tags and a mole, it was painless. Her bedside manner was wonderful and we did not feel rushed at all. I definitely recommend Elaine Lai. She’s wonderful!”

I had an amazing experience during my recent visit for a persistant rash. I saw Elaine, the PA. She was extremely personable upon meeting. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, and explained everything well & clear. She made me feel at ease. Thanks to Elaine and the staff and their precise diagnoses and treatment plan, my rash significantly improved in a few days.

My visit to Elaine Lai was exquisitely excellent. I came in with a bump on my leg that I wanted to remove and she helped me to remove it. Everything went successfully and I was able to gain my trust in her due to the fabulous trainings and precisions that she has acquired over time. I highly recommend this provider for any dermatological needs and I also need to mention that the staff was just as amazing portraying friendliness and professionalism. Everyone was able to adapt and adjust to any questions or concerns that I had which made me feel comfortable when leaving the office. I am very thankful that I was able to find this office that suited my wants and needs in regard to dermatology.
