Dr. Schmidt is probably one of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time. I was very anxious and she was so patient with me, communicated well, and gave me many helpful tips to better take care of my eye health. I feel like she took great care with me. I would absolutely recommend her. She’s the best.
The only downside to this visit is there is no internet access in the building, so you have to have everything on hand before you enter or else you will have to step outside to get wifi.

The doctor was great. I can be a difficult patient due to my anxieties and discomfort. But she was patient and kind the entire time. She looked for ways to work with me and didn’t get overly frustrated. And I could tell she was being very thorough in her exam, not trying to rush through it to get to the next patient. I really appreciated her consideration.

I barely waited for my appointment. Initial checkup was done by a technician and more thorough examination with the doctor was followed. Dr. Schmidt was very professional and kind at the same time. I felt like I actually got proper care and the visit itself was absolutely great. However, nothing was covered by my insurance although I made the appointment with the confirmation from Zocdoc that it is in-network provider. I paid some amount right after the visit and got separate charge a few days later by text and email. No one mentioned about this when I checked out from the front desk. Currently, I’m trying to figure out where the miscommunication came from.

Dr. Schmidt is one of the most kind and genuinely helpful doctors I've ever had. She's friendly and upbeat from the moment you step into her exam room, and she always takes the time to patiently explain concepts that I don't understand. Importantly, she's also gentle when examining my eyes; I get very sensitive about objects being close to my eyes and Dr. Schmidt has a lot of patience for my blinking and flinching.
