Everyone was very friendly. The nurse was awesome and comforting. Dr. Cohn-Gelwasser was very professional and thorough. She explained everything to me openly and discussed my best benefits for my continued care. Highly recommend her.
Dr. Gelwasser seems to be a good doctor and I will continue to see her for now. However, the wait time was unbearable. I will NEVER make another evening appointment and from speaking with others in the waiting room, this is usual with her appointments.
The wait was horrible I got there at 3 pm and I left the office at 7 pm. She was very cold and distant from me I didn't feel comfortable to speak to her about my condition. The gentleman in the front desk was very cut and dry no customer service skills and his area was full of papers and it was just a mess there. The only great part of this experience was the nurse I believe she took my vitals and she was amazing with my daughter both the daughter and the gentleman in the front desk should learn a trick or two from her.
The doctor and nurse were good but the receptionist was horrible. He was a pleasant gentlemen but was very disorganized and non-chalant.
She is very professional and she is thorough.
She is a good dr, the only thing was the time.
I thinl She is Great, I have never felt so relaxed and cared about in a Doctor,s office before.
She is highly professional and very competent but tries to take on far to large a patient load by herself. She clearly needs to either add another doctor or two to her practice, or reduce her patient load.
