I specialize in anxiety, depression, women's health, and emerging adult-related issues.
I am a licensed psychologist with a PsyD in School-Community Psychology from Hofstra University. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and positive psychology to help you become the best version of yourself, at a pace that fits your unique needs. I incorporate your strengths and will challenge you to regain the voice within you that always mattered but wasn't tapped into.
I use a warm, collaborative, and solution-focused approach. I tailor treatment to your individual needs and instill in you hope, courage, and confidence to adaptively navigate life's challenges. I look forward to connecting and helping you on your journey to self-discovery.
