Having a space where we feel heard and supported can help us make sense of what we are experiencing and find new ways to approach life’s challenges. As a therapist, I work with children, teens, and families to help them navigate emotional challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop coping mechanisms. I always strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable and safe expressing themselves, exploring their experiences, and working toward their goals.
