I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for individuals across the lifespan. With extensive experience in psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy, I take a holistic and patient-centered approach to treatment—addressing not just symptoms, but the whole person.
I work collaboratively with patients to create personalized care plans that promote emotional well-being, resilience, and long-term recovery. My areas of focus include anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related conditions. I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey.

I do not recommend at all. He diagnosed me with ADHD based off one questionnaire. The appointment was for Autism Spectrum Disorder. I did not ask to be treated for ADHD. However, it was a questionnaire he had be fill out before the appointment. Before the meeting began, he asked me if I knew there was a fee that I need to pay, asking for my card number. I was immediately charged. This is a red flag because these transactions are supposed to be done securely. I foolishly gave him my information because I did not know better at the time. When I opened up to him about how I felt like no professional was listening to me about possibly having ASD, he told me, in a fancy way, that my depression and seeing things on TikTok is making me think unclearly. He also immediately prescribed me with medication, saying he will change my antidepressants if the ADHD medication does not work well with them. He is not the psychiatrist who prescribed me my antidepressants. He cannot do that.

Dr. STANLEY was the absolute best listener and he cares about my well being. He was very caring and knew exactly what I needed and gave me meds to help with the quality of my life. A really positive experience for me. I have done talk-therapy the last five years, on and off, but I have been consistent the last year and a half. This was my first ever psychiatric appointment and I was VERY, very anxious about it. Visits like these have a stereotype for being clinical and impersonal but that was NOT my experience.
