I was a new patient with Dr. Elizabeth for skin tag cauterization. My first session in Feb treated the right side of my neck/face. The procedure was clearly explained, expectations set, and aftercare reviewed. I also mentioned my low pain tolerance.
During that visit, numbing cream was applied and covered with plastic wrap for about 30 minutes, making it manageable and reassuring.
A month later, I returned for a second session on the left side of my neck. Prep was similar—photos taken and a stronger (4%) numbing cream used—but the area was not covered. During treatment, the pain was significantly more intense than the first session. The doctor checked in often and offered to pause; I initially continued but asked to stop due to the pain and couldn't help but cry.
She was professional, expressed concern, and offered to waive the fee, which I appreciated but declined. However, I am still unsure why the pain differed so much and am reconsidering not continuing treatment @ this clinic.

My experience with this clinic was a great experience. The staff and provider were very friendly and helpful. I was able to discuss my concerns and problems I have I received great information and feedback from the provider and a game plan to help me improve the results I am looking for. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

This place is amazing! Not only was the staff friendly, all the doctors were as well! It was a nice surprise. Liz was very helpful and so was her assistant.
Not only did they answer all the questions I asked, they also provided me with a bunch of information to help me take better of myself. My toe is already feeling better ??
So thank you to all the ladies that helped me out today. I really appreciate it. I’ll see you guys for my follow up appointment.
