About Elizabeth Kahn
My name is Elizabeth (she/her), and I am a lifelong New Yorker. I hold a Master's in Nursing from Columbia University and have spent the last two decades working as a certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. I offer sexual and reproductive health services to individuals of all backgrounds, including teens and those from underserved communities. I am a firm believer that healthcare is a matter of social justice, and I am dedicated to empowering my patients to take charge of their health. I think that patients are the best judges of their own bodies, and my role is to provide them with the necessary medical information to help them lead their best lives. I understand that many of my patients might not be eager about undergoing a vaginal exam! However, by collaborating with you and truly listening, I strive to foster a calm and supportive environment where you can comfortably discuss your life, concerns, and questions. Together, we can focus on enhancing your health and well-being. I work at Doral Health & Wellness, where we provide comprehensive healthcare for the entire family. The best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor in my adult life. Dr. Kahn is super patient and took the time to explain things (which maybe shouldn’t be revolutionary, but it was). Would recommend to my own mother, sisters and dear friends.
