“Instructions said to get there 15 minutes early, I ended up getting there 30 min early. The doors were locked, and there was no one at the front desk. I called and someone from another office answered, saying they weren’t sure why the doors were locked as it was clearly business hours. I had to wait 30 minutes outside in the cold while I was already sick for someone to show up just to be told they took an extra hour for lunch. ”

The Doctor was genuinely concerned about my health and she made me feel comfortable as she explained things to me e

Stock filters are not very good when you want to narrow down the provider to a specialization

They literally stopped doing blood work the day I came which is ridiculous.
Doctor (and nurse) were timely and doctor seemed to care. Thank you!
Verified patient
Condescending, made me feel stupid and didn’t listen to my concerns.
Dismissive and condescending tone but maybe she was having a bad day
Dr. O’Connor is quite knowledgeable and clear in her communication.
She’s very nice and thorough. Would def recommend.

She's great, would recommend.

Great doctor! She actually sits with you, is not rushed, asks you questions, and asks follow up questions about small things that may seem like no big deal. Appreciate they do bloodwork on site now.
Dr. O'Conner is a very knowledgeable and experienced physician. She is very honest and upfront with her delivery of information, regarding your health concerns. I have already rescheduled to see her for a follow up visit.

While both the doctor and nurse were very friendly and welcoming what really stood out to me is as we ran out of time during the appointment and wasn’t able to complete everything the doctor gave me a call first thing the next morning to check in with me and make sure I was okay. Their service goes beyond what they have to provide and it’s clear to me that they genuinely care about their patients
Verified patient
I have never felt less trusted by a doctor. She had something negative to say about every comment I made or question that I asked.
Verified patient
Doctor never showed up for appointment.
Verified patient
The staff was friendly and engaged. The offices were easy to navigate and clean. The doctor was thorough in questions and follow-up questions to my answer

Great doctor and service

I felt very uncomfortable with her comments and overall demeanor. Not very nice or understanding. Should be more approachable. Asked very rude questions.
The doctor came off as condescending and argumentative, also became very visibly agitated within the first few minutes. By the end of the session she acknowledged her behavior, but the experience overall was negative. Clean office and I was seen right away.
Dr. O'Connor was wonderful - easy to speak to, answered all questions, didn't rush you out of the room, and was very reasonable.
Verified patient
Dr. O'Connor was really helpful! She listened to my issue and gave me some really important things to consider before going through a surgical procedure I was about to undergo
Verified patient
Doctor had poor bedside manner making me feel uncomfortable and talked down to. Also was not given proper instructions prior to appointment, so the appointment was basically useless. Will be looking for another doctor
Good experience, Dr is wonderful

Great
Verified patient
Horrible bedside manner, did not care to understand my concerns and had a very aggressive tone the whole time. I just wanted the appointment to end so I could get out of there and she voiced feeling the exact same way. I’ve never had an experience like that before.
I had a good experience…I feel the front door host could work on being more welcoming and ready to assist then deny when irregular situations occur like .. if a patient is a lil late ( there is little to no parking ) so it takes more time to fine parking and not get towed or a ticket ..doctor was helpful but could listen a little better but good experience overall
Verified patient
If you have any mental health needs, do not go see this doctor. She is wholly rude, disrespectful, and made multiple inappropriate comments about both my own medical history and my family history. She is abrasive and needs retrained in how to work with people seeking help with their mental care.
Verified patient
Waiting 50 minutes past my appointment time to even be brought back. The provider was super vague and rude. She kept walking in and out of the office room with no explanation, at the end I sat there for 30 mins before I poked my head out and asked if I was supposed to leave. Overall really poor experience. See the PA here she is great, not this doctor.

Good urgent care, easy process, staff is incredibly friendly. I think the doctors bedside manner can be a bit better to fully understand and hear the patients concern. However overall effective medical care and quick for the purpose of an urgent care.
The location is a bit tricky depending on which direction you are coming from but once you arrive you are in excellent hands! Being able to snag a late appointment was also perfect.
