“I received 5 star care! The service was very friendly and efficient. My doctor seemed knowledgeable, practical, and even though we had just met I could tell she put my well being above all else. The service was also thorough, we talked about today’s treatment, tomorrow’s after care, and what to do if things aren’t going as expected— I didn’t leave with any questions, just next steps. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience from the moment I walked in until I left. All record keeping was modern and electronic, but the care felt one on one and human to human. Even though they are 25 miles away I wouldn’t look for another dermatologist.”

The staff are welcoming and friendly. I receive text alerts about my appointment in advance and also receive optional days/times if I wish to move to a sooner appointment which I really appreciate. You are seen in a timely manner and the overall experience every time I go in is always positive.

I don’t think I’ve encountered more of a headache from a single intake. Went in for my painful acne all over my face and walked out in 15 minutes with prescriptions that the doctor said would be covered by insurance and they’re not.
Important questions weren’t asked by the doctor. No questions about sleep hygiene, activities or eating habits/diet.
Beyond frustrated with this office and I won’t be returning.
I’ve already booked a different dermatologist.
I highly recommend going elsewhere for help and support.

Liz Papp was great! Very friendly and great since of humor. I felt very at ease. She suggested a cortisone shot for my cysts which…well, was a shot but she made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Liz!
