“Dr. Johnson and the office were absolutely great. They listened to me thoroughly, understood my issues, and helped diagnose the injury. Luckily, I only sprained my knee but was able to get clarity. Great team, front desk was super nice. The only downside (if at all) was that I got an x-ray done and they gave it to us on a CD-ROM. A bit backward but out of their control.”

Elliot was very nice and sympathized with the fact that I’m a cryer and the reason for my visit is a hard thing to go through. He seemed knowledge of my condition but the quality of the X-rays was horrendous and I wonder how much it affected his prognosis. The office is in a low income area and the interior matches, there was not even computers is X-ray screens in the exam room, Elliot pulled them up on his iPhone. I would see him again but would never return to this office. The wait time was ridiculous and a patient in the waiting room was telling me they’d been there previously and this always happens - they over book appointments and always run late.

The provider was great and did a thorough examination of my shoulder including x-rays and evaluation of the root cause with different movements and tests. The provider was awesome.
The one knock on the place is the wait time. I booked a 11:45 appointment, arrived 10 mins early, and still had to provide my insurance information and identification despite both the hospital group and office asking for this information electronically in surveys before my visit. additionally I was not called into see the provider until 12:30 or 45 mins after my appointment slot. While this may have been normal years ago, I haven't been to a zoo doc appointment where I've waited this long at an office.
