More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Do NOT go here if you have ADHD! She will do nothing for you and try to address supposed depression and anxiety just to get you to come back more! She was entirely dismissive and extremely offensive. Made me repeat myself god knows how many times just to paint me out as a pill-junkie. Her methods are extremely out of touch and she does not listen to you at all, only following her own judgement. TERRIBLE listener. I came in making it VERY clear that I was looking for medication, stimulant wise for my ADHD. I have already been diagnosed with ADHD and she completely ignored my initial diagnosis and wanted to do one of her own. Sure, that’s fine. But then, she began to try to claim that I am depressed and have anxiety, and NOT ADHD. No!!! That little questionnaire is extremely outdated for diagnosis and I have already been diagnosed with severe ADHD, just looking for a provider who can actually prescribe me medication!! At the end, she insulted me by saying I’m only here for drugs…
