Both the MA and Emily listened well to our skin concerns and were thorough.

When I got there, they were unaware of my appointment. They said that I made an appointment online with Zocdoc and they don't alway see it on their end. I showed them the email appointment reminder AND that I confirmed the appointment. They refused to see me. Said the doctor had somewhere to be and could not see me. Very unprofessional. They tried to reschedule me and I said I would go somewhere else and walked out.

I don't feel like I had a thorough exam. The provider was very fast and didn't communicate her findings except to say there's one spot to check again in 6 months. The office didn't have my appointment in their computer. I showed the receptionist my confirmation on my phone so she had me wait for 45 minutes to get me in.
