Dr.Urbina is the best psychiatrist I've ever had, she takes the time to listen and actually understand you, genuinely cares about what's going on in your life, and will take everything into consideration when trying to figure out what best would work for you personally. She explains everything so well, and listens to my opinions and concerns instead of dismissing me like I've experienced with other doctors. She always makes sure I'm okay with every decision being made. She is very easy to reach and is always there if needed. Talking with her is not only helpful for my mental health journey but comforting, and every appointment I feel like I'm making more and more progress, and come away feeling excited and confident with our plan. I've been a patient w/ her for about 3 years now and am in such a better place mentally. No other psychiatrist I've had was ever able to accomplish that with me. I am so glad I found her, highly recommend!

Dr Urbina is very thorough and thoughtful. She listens well and works together with you to find a solution. We have worked methodically and thoughtfully on finding just the right medicinal combination to meet might needs, the right type of drugs and the right dosing.
