The Doctor and the assistant nurse were very rude people. They do not know how to speak to their patients. I almost caught myself telling them off but I didn't. I would definitely not recommend her. She made my visit for my daughter and I very uncomfortable and offensive!!!!!! Never again!!!

The receptionists were extremely rude and nasty to me . The doctor didn't care about my needs and just wanted to give me medication instead of helping me.

She had a lot of patience with me. It was my first time at an ENT and I was a little nervous and scared and not to mention I had my little one with me and she was even tending to him and complimenting his behavior. She was very gentle and reassured me that the problem would be resolved. She was also very honest with me, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend!

Very unfriendly staff. Went in for a concerned matter. The Dr. Took some tests, gave me an idea of what it could be, but then when I tried to follow up for WEEKS, I never got a call back, and could not get any results until I finally was able to contact the lab forhrough my primary Dr. Every time I called I got short, blunt answers from the staff, was told she was busy and to call back. When I finally asked if she could call me I never got a call back...Very unprofessional operation!!!

It was a pretty good visit overall. She is very knowledgeable I felt like she really wanted to get to the bottom of my throat issues. I really wanted to see her for a second opinion as my previous ENT wanted to push surgery on me. She was adamant not too and to try more natural resources. She is a much older doctor but very wise I felt comfortable with her. The wait was not too bad either.

Oh the secretary, the nurse and the Doctor are all horrible, they are not welcoming at all and horrible manners. Doctor is not professional at all. I will never go back to her office again. She does not even have all the equipment in her little office. Horrible Horrible Horrible (period).
