Listen I don’t write reviews but this office CARES! They have the most through check up ever. I was having anxiety about my issues and Emmanuel and his assistant was so helpful with calming me down. I actually told them I love everyone in the office before I left. I kept saying “ what a bad day” and Emmanuel kept reminding me “ it’s a great day and it’s a great life”. They are positive, lovely and I wish he was a primary care physician. This is officially MY PRIMARY urologist I will be seeing for now on. I’m so thankful to have met this team! I hope you guys read this and know u frickin rock!!!!

Emmanuel wasn’t very helpful as I felt my appointment was rushed and he gave the impression that my concern was wasting his time. He didn’t seem to care much about my perspective/what I had to say and his bedside manners were significantly lacking.

I was the 2nd patient in the office, and my provider was present. Still, there was a long wait to see the provider. The provider was quick to prescribe medication, but spent very little time exploring my history. I felt cheated! However, he was very pleasant.

Pls avoid. This office ! Bunch of juniors managing the front desk ! Made me wait for over 40 mins with my pants down as I went for a urology examination ! Absolutely unprofessional and unbecoming for a doctors office ! AVOID

The overall experience with Emmanuel was excellent. He is very thorough with his patients, asked his staff to do extensive tests to check all possible causes of my condition. He is nice, listens to the patient, and explains things in detail. I totally appreciated that.
One thing I would suggest to people doing appointments through zocdoc is to double check with the office. Because the lady at the front desk got mixed up and told me at the beginning that my appointment was a week later. I showed her the zocdoc texts and she was able to correct it.

absolute quack... I was able to debunk almost all of what he told me. look elsewhere for competent care. Wait time is ridiculous , appointments are rushed so that's definitely not the reason for the long wait either... complete waste of my time. you've been warned

One of receptionists seemed mad. A patient was asking for directions and ended up being in the wrong office but the way they handled the situation was so argumentative.
I wish the provider explained what he thought my diagnosis was and why I was prescribed the medication I was given and how to take it. Diagnostics are going to be run, but still no education on what my possible condition is and the medicine would help or what it does.
