First visit was excellent, the second was atrocious. Long wait, the doctor left, and I wasn't even seen by the backup doctor to get a simple prescription and follow up on my lab.
I was very impressed with Dr. Mizuno. He took the time to listen to my concerns and to respond with possible solutions. His staff were nice too, especially the medical student that took my blood. She was very skilled! Overall, a very positive experience.

All together it was great
Dr. Mizuno and the student doctor Sean were wonderful but I spent a total time of two hours in the office even though I had scheduled an appointment through zocdoc because it was overbooked!

Dr Muzino and Student dr were Very friendly!
Dr. Mizuno was courteous and kind. He was easy to relate to. The only drawbacks of the visit were that the office was very cramped and crowded.
Verified patient
They moved offices right after my visit and were not able to locate my test results for over 2 months. They were also very hard to get a hold of.
The entire experience was amazing!!
Verified patient
office was very unsanitary. one room has many ants on the floor. was told they accepted my insurance and its listed as in network but was billed as out of network. dr was fine but would not recommend based on the above issues
I was really not happy with my experience, especially since a friend of mine had recently given me such a great recommendation for the same purpose: general check up/physical. I hadn't been to a doctor in 6 years and wanted to make sure I was in good general health and nothing seemed off. I made this clear at least three times, once to the girl who took my blood pressure, once to the med student asking me questions and all also to Dr. Mizuno, and it was all brushed off. In the end they checked my blood pressure and drew blood, told me they would call me with the results, and then no one ever called me. I never leave reviews but I didn't like the way that I was moved through in and out very quickly without getting the service that I requested.

Dr. Mizuno's bedside is excellent. He speaks on an even level -- his goals alongside treating the illness are making sure a good relationship is established with the patient and that you're comfortable and you understand each other. He's an amazing doctor on the medical and human side.
Verified patient
Dr. Mizuno and his team made me feel very comfortable and were very thorough in their questions and answers - it seemed like they really cared. I was in and out in not much time at all, which was also nice.

Very friendly environment and personal overall. Dr. Mazuno is a great professional. I love the fact that he takes the time to explain you exaclty what you have in a way that you can easely understand. He also tries to speak your language(spanish in my case) if for your English is not good enough ir you just simply dont speak English. I would say it was a very good experience overall.
It was good. Just had to wait a little bit.
Dr. Mizuno is a wonderful Doctor I have MS. He makes sure that I always have good Nurologist to see me. He always come to what ever hospital I am hospitalized at to see me. He says we are family. He has a great heart. I love Him.
My office visit was very pleasant & Dr. Mizuno was professional & very informative MD Re:My diagnosis. He treated me like an individual & not a patient. Would recommend this physician to everyone.
It's clear he actually cares about his patients and has the knowledge and ability to administer successful care. I was never talked at or down to but instead he listened to me and any concerns that I voiced.
Eric is a wonderful. knowledgable, and extremely caring. I was admitted to the hospital that he was not affilated with and he came by as well talked to the physician about my care. He welcomes all his patients with love and care.
