I booked on zocdoc and they had no idea of my appointment but I was thankful they were still able to see me. I was a little annoyed that I wasn’t able to have anyone come with me in the room due to the reason I was their it was important to me that we were both there to speak with the doctor. But she was very nice and made me feel a lot better after I left. My ONLY issue, is even though I corrected the information on the paperwork it was still incorrect when I when to get my blood work. My phone number and email was different so I have been trying to get ahold of the office for HOURS now because I don’t know how they can contact me with my results if their information is still incorrect. I have been calling JUST to know my results and I will be waiting for more than 30min. I usually wouldn’t mind but it’s something pretty serious to me and Is very annoying how difficult it is to speak with someone because when I was there the place was pretty dead. The doctor was amazing but the staff could answer the phone so I know if I need medication or to know if I have medication waiting on me to pick up.

Ms. Ormeno wasn’t the problem. It was the staff, especially Connie, who was so rude during the appointment. She was hateful and didn’t want to look up information and hung up on me bc I didn’t know the doctor’s name and she had to look it up herself. The staff is an extension of an office. She really should be replaced or written up for treating patients in this way.
