I consider it an honor to facilitate others while moving through their life stages and challenges. I strive to support my patients' to the best possible outcome so they can have full and thriving lives.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
A primary care provider should listen to their patients' concerns, help navigate their needs, and develop a plan of care while empowering the patient to understand their own health and wellness journey. Daily choices, habits, and even the environment can influence a person's health along with their medical care. A PCP can help counsel, coach, and guide their patients.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I really enjoy yoga, hiking, my dog and family time. We love to play games together too.
