She was very kind and I could tell she really wanted to help me. I came in with a cough, which turned out to be bronchitis. She said it was viral, so she prescribed some medicines to help with the symptoms, since you just have to wait it out for viral infections. I was impressed and pleased that she took that route, because a lot of urgent care doctors tend to throw antibiotics into the mix right off the bat - which is definitely not good. The staff was extremely nice and efficient.

The visit was fantastic, very quick but everything was explained in detail. Dr. Rutiaga was so nice and listened to everything I said. She also smiled, which is something you don't see very often from doctors. Next time I am sick, which I hope is never, I am coming back here!!!

She was very kind and I could tell she really wanted to help me. I came in with a cough, which turned out to be bronchitis. Dr. Rutiaga expressed a strong desire to alleviate my cough while at the clinic. I received a breathing treatment while at the clinic and a prescription. She also personally reached out a couple days later to check on me!
