I went with an appointment booked and was seen by a doctor 45 minutes later. I first waited for a while in the waiting room then waited in the back where i’d be seen too. On my bill it was marked as “walk-in”. I don’t know if it was just randomly marked for billing but probably would wait the same amount if i just walked in. There was someone that came in after me and was taken in before me. I don’t think having an appointment made a difference at all which was very upsetting as i had to fit it into my work schedule.

I was in town for a concert and became ill overnight. I checked out urgent care options. Immediate Care was near our hotel. I booked online.
Once I was in an exam room, the process moved right along. Excellent medical assistant. He efficiently checked my reason for the appointment, took my history and checked my vitals.
Dr. Lengyel listened to my complaints and concerns, performed a thorough physical and prescribed medication that addressed the issue as well as recommended over the counter resources. She was wonderful.

The office staff was friendly but seems confused. I had a appointment and still waited for a hour to be seen. The nurse and doctor was friendly and helpful. I had another 20 minutes on the exam room for the doctor to see me.

I was so impressed by this office staff. I was traveling from Milwaukee to visit family in Chicago. Artesia at the front desk, Zoe who did my vitals and initial intake, and Elliot, PA, were all extremely professional and friendly and made me feel like I was a very important person. Elliot arranged for me to see a specialist at a different facility where I was seen promptly and given the care I needed. I have worked in the healthcare field for 33 years. I can honestly say this is one of the best personal medical experiences I have ever had. Thank you so much!

Was there for routine testing and it took over an hour before I spoke to the physician. The testing itself took 5 minutes but waiting between the consult and the phlebotomist was also interminable, I wasn't out of there for over an hour and a half. Not what you want in the middle of a workday expecting you'll be in and out of "urgent care" with an appointment.

I needed to schedule an appointment while visiting Chicago. I was able to make an appointment immediately which was great as I was returning home that day. The staff was professional and friendly. Proper tests were taken and throughly explained. I received a prescription that was filled quickly at a nearby pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility to anyone.

I really like this office. The staff is very friendly, the doctors are extremely personable, knowledgeable and kind. They take great care and concern for your comfort and listen to you intently for as long as it takes. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

The doctor here was amazing, however the wait to see the doctor was ridiculous. I had an appointment (which didn’t matter) and didn’t get seen til 1.5 hrs after my original appt time.

This is probably the best urgent care facility I've been to. The office is spacious and clean, they've got a basket of snacks at the front desk and multiple people offered me water any time there was a wait (which was never more than 2-3 minutes), and everyone was super friendly and professional. I had no problem getting an appointment and the care was top notch. 10/10.

It was one of my best experiences ever. To be fair, it was the first time I had ever had one of my ears flushed to remove ear wax, but the results were great! I feel like they gave me a brand new ear. The PA and the doctor were very polite and made me feel very comfortable. While I did have to wait over 30 minutes after arriving to see the doctor(and I did arrive a few minutes late to my appointment to begin with) , my overall experience was better positive.

While traveling I had an acute need for care. Very efficient and friendly office with professionally experienced physicians. Definitely not the "doc-in-a-box" feel. He listened to my issue, reviewed the history and communicated the treatment plan very clearly.

I submitted my insurance information for a COVID vaccine four days before my appointment, but I was not told that they would not accept my insurance until I checked-in at the counter. Why ask for my information in advance if there is no review?
This was an out-of-network visit, and my insurer's website states, "Vaccine and administration covered with no cost-share to members if delivered at out-of-network providers through the end of the public health emergency." I do not know why this clinic would not accept my insurance.
