While the actual appointment went well, it would be really helpful if there were fewer emails sent prior to the appointment and if there was one email that has all of the information needed for the appointment. I received multiple messages and phone calls about separate details of the appointment, however I didn’t receive information on the application that would be needed to actually have the telehealth call until 10 minutes before my actual appointment. Receiving so many different messages that covered separate tasks really makes the process confusing.

Very unfriendly and dismissive. Had tech issues, didn't seem to care and was pretty rude overall about the paperwork and initial assessment. People are coming to you for help w/ mental issues, not be talked down to. no beside manner. Felt worse after. Will not be going back.

This office has been taken over by a group of doctors from Lifesource Health and they are trying their best to run off some of us patients. I saw Esther on a Thursday to get my adderall refilled and was told today (Tuesday) that it would be 3 business days until it could be filled, even though it was due on Thursday! They have also slashed the doses of some of my medication without my consent and when I try to call to talk to someone about it all I get is the receptionist. These doctors are careless and caulous and hide behind their support staff. This is the last time I will be disrespected like this by this office. Also, being a pharmacist, I can see what they are doing because I see it daily. Stay away from this office!

Esther made me feel like the questions I was asking were dumb and when I asked about other courses of treatment for she shut me down immediately. Her bedside manner was no existent, I felt no empathy from her. I left crying and will not be seeing her again.
