My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and dialectical behavioral therapies. I tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, with additional availability for sessions during nights and weekends. Please visit my schedule for details. I reserve times for those who need special appointments, such as early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Feel free to ask if you need an appointment outside regular hours-I am very accommodating. Although my schedule may appear full, many times are blocked to meet client needs, so please inquire. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
