As a seasoned nurse practitioner with expertise in Psychiatric-Mental Health, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive care that addresses the unique needs of adults facing mental health challenges. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Michigan-Flint School of Nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing & Leadership from North Park University, and a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Northern Kentucky University. My approach is centered around a blend of medication management and psychotherapy, allowing me to address the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of mental wellness.
In my practice, I prioritize creating a warm and non-judgmental space where patients feel comfortable expressing themselves freely. This trusting environment enables us to work collaboratively towards achieving treatment goals and addressing the distinct needs and challenges of each individual patient with respect and dignity in order to identify a treatment plan.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach to treatment is centered on the principles of holistic care, recognizing that physical health is closely tied to emotional and social well-being. By incorporating evidence-based practices in medication management and psychotherapy, I work to address the interplay of factors that impact an individual's overall health.
Through education, behavioral interventions, and collaborative care with other healthcare providers, I aim to empower patients to take an active role in their own healing process with high quality mental healthcare.
