Hello! I'm Faderin. As a board-certified nurse practitioner with a specialization in psychiatric mental health and a Master's in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive care to adults and children struggling with mood disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
My unique approach combines medication management with evidence-based psychotherapy, allowing me to address the complex needs of my patients. Through a collaborative process, I work closely with individuals to identify areas of focus and develop personalized treatment plans that promote well-being.
In my practice, I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns and emotions. This is essential in building trust and fostering open communication, which I believe is critical in achieving successful treatment outcomes. I am committed to delivering the highest standard of care, tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
My treatment approach is patient-centered and evidence-based, using holistic care that incorporates collaborating with the individual patient, medication management and psychotherapy. I believe in educating patients and families, encouraging health promotion, implementing behavioral strategies to help manage symptoms, and working closely with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated treatment plan.
