My visit was very pleasant! The receptionist was extremely nice and I only had to wait about 10 minutes to see Dr Sasan. She asked all the appropriate questions, was very friendly and also efficient. I would definitely recommend her to another patient. The ambience of Kindbody was also very cute and welcoming.

Literally the BEST gyno visit i have ever had. First of all the office is so cool! It like a trendy bookstore café! It’s doesnt feel like a typical doctor’s office with fluorescent lighting and old magazines. It was so different and cool and really sets the tone of your visit. I am new to NYC so I went for my first annual with this office. My appointment was at 4pm so I arrived at 3:45pm and I left by 4:20pm... amazing!!! Quickest visit ever! She was so nice, gentle and answered all my questions. I called my sisters right away to explain how great of an experience it was. You leave feeling empowered instead of embarrassed! 100% recommend here!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. They were timely with emails, appointment confirmations, and no wait time. The office itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and comforting. Everyone at the office is super nice, listens carefully, and is respectful while clearly providing you with information regarding your specific needs, concerns, and questions. Holy moly, ladies. I just had the best OBGYN visit of my life for my yearly women’s wellness. It felt like going to the spa. Relaxing music, gorgeous office, thick cotton gown and a warm exam room. All the nurses were so nice and my exam was the most quick and painless it’s ever been. I remarked to the nurses how it was the most comfortable and relaxed I ever felt at the OBGYN and they beamed “thank you!! That’s the idea!!” Wow I am seriously impressed!

The place is very clean and feels like a spa when you walk in. The doctor was polite and kind but rough with the speculum. I go to my gyn appointment yearly and this was the first time it felt painful. She did give some good points but I didn’t appreciate her pushing the entire genetic/fertility testing on me while have no issues of concern with fertility or genetic issues in my fam.

Dr. Sasan was very personable and easy to talk to. She appeased some of my concerns, and was educational yet efficient in her examination [annual gyno appt]. She recommended a fertility assessment after hearing where I am in my life, what my ideal plans are, etc. Felt like a modern, honest, proactive conversation and sound professional advice. Would recommend!

I never usually write complaints but felt the need to since I found this doctor on Zocdoc.
I've never encountered a ruder, more condensing, or dismissive doctor in all of my health experiences. I wish I would have read the reviews on other sites regarding her practice before I saw her because my feelings were reassured (as I thought I was being sensitive and overreacting) when I did.
In such a vulnerable environment, I felt so belittled and uncomfortable. I left crying and went back to work.
I had been looking forward to going to Kindbody but canceled future appointments because of her. No one deserves to be spoken to or treated the way that I was by her. So disappointed.

I thought she was empathetic, knowledgeable and had great perspective on woman's health. I could tell she was engaged when I was telling her about my history and my wants. Like most places which offer additional services, I felt like she has the fertility sales pitch down. I didn't appreciate being pushed to buy services when I am there to make sure my health and wellness is taken care of.

when she asked me during my first birth, for how long I tried to push before I pushed into an emergency c session. I said I don't remember, because it was a long process and I was not really looking at the clock to time it. and the fact that I go into an emergency c session really blur my memory. Instead suggest me to pull up the operational record, she first question me ”how can you not remember?” I feel very uncomfortable.

I absolutely loved it. The location is wonderful and welcoming. The staff was friendly and available.
I was a bit taken back first at how quickly Dr. Sasan was going through questions, procedure etc. She pulled out my IUD without much headsup! But she clearly had the know-how and in the end I got excellent care. Perhaps it was better that she did it quickly giving me no time to get stressed about it.
I highly recommend this location and it’s staff!

Lovely facility, warm and welcoming as opposed to bare white wall. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Sasan were very kind. Wait time between disrobing and meeting the doctor was a bit longer than usual. Other than that I recommend. She even personally called me to give me my results.

My Kindbody experience exceeded my expectations. The customer service is excellent and all staff members and physicians made me feel so comfortable. The doctor I saw was thorough, professional and warm, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. The office and exam rooms are beautiful- much more welcoming than your standard doctors office. I cannot recoomned my experience enough and very much look forward to my next visit.
