Really wanted to love this provider but unfortunately, not for me. Check-in went well, and I was seen rather quickly. The room for the check-up is so small there's barely any room to place your clothes when you undress or your bags. Very small space. I mentioned I have anxiety when doing these procedures and could use very gentle guidance throughout as I struggle with being touched and I was just told - I know you're uncomfortable but lets keep going with the test. Not rude or terrible as a person but not the level of consideration I would have hoped for. That and then finding out I'm being billed for the entire check-up because my insurance wasn't charged first. I don't recommend.

Unfortunately, the office seemed to have changed my appointment time without actually informing me, which caused me to needlessly rush in, only to sit for 45 minutes. All of my confirmations were for a 10:15 appointment, but then I was told I was 45 minutes early. And there seemed to be no interest in figuring out when and why the time change had been made and why I wasn’t informed. I don’t feel confident to make future appointments if the confirmation texts don’t actually mean anything. The appointment itself (with the doctor) was efficient and productive.

Dr. Chaudhary was the first doctor who actually listened to me for an issue I’ve seen at least 10 prior gynecologists for, all of whom kept giving me the same basic tests that came back negative even when I told them I’ve been through this rigamarole many times. I am so grateful there’s at least one person in this field who actually cares about her patients, and comes up with a real plan for tackling the issue!
Also they’re the only office I’ve been to that doesn’t make you pee in a cup the second you get in… I find that to be so annoying. If I’m in for a breast exam, why are you checking if I’m pregnant…
