I am leaving a 1-star rating only because a 0-star rating is not available. I called in advance to advise that I was running behind for my appointment (I was driving a more than a 40 minute distance to get there). I was told I had a 15 minute window beyond my scheduled appointment before I was late. When I arrived, there was no parking at the office or structure next door. I arrived in the office 17 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I was told to be seated and that the doctor would see me. After several minutes, I was told that my appointment would have to be rescheduled (there was availability later that day, but I was told that the doctor would not see new patients, which I was to be, in the afternoon) despite acknowledging that I called in advance, and that the doctor was told I called in advance, to advise I was running behind. Other than the person at the reception desk (who empathized with the situation), I am NOT impressed with the doctor and organization.
