What is your typical process for working with clients?

During your initial session, we will collaborate to create a plan for addressing substance use and/ or mental health symptoms in a way that helps you get your life back. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in practice. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experiences. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
