My Typical Process for Working With Clients Initial Consultation Our first session focuses on getting to know you—your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and decide if working together feels like a good fit. Comprehensive Assessment I’ll conduct a thorough evaluation that may include your medical, psychiatric, and social history, as well as current symptoms. This helps me gain a full understanding of your needs and strengths. Collaborative Treatment Planning Based on the assessment, we’ll work together to create a personalized treatment plan. This may involve therapy, lifestyle approaches, and/or medication management, always tailored to your unique situation. Ongoing Care & Support We’ll meet regularly to track progress, adjust the treatment plan as needed, and work through challenges. I encourage open communication so you always feel comfortable sharing your experiences and feedback. Long-Term Wellness My goal is not only to help you feel better now but also to equip you with strategies and tools for long-term mental health and resilience.
