Dr. Flavia Van Riel has been a tremendous source of support and professionalism throughout my healing journey. When I first began working with her, I was in a very difficult place—I was unable to manage even basic tasks, like cooking for my daughters. Starting medication was a challenging decision for me, but it was an essential first step in helping me move out of that state.
The healing process wasn’t easy and took time, but with Dr. Flavia Val Riel’s guidance, as well as ongoing therapy and later integrating tools like meditation, I began to feel better than I ever had before.
