Due to her interest and concern for disparity in breast cancer care in underserved regions, Dr. Varghese completed a breast surgery fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. She worked on research articles, published a chapter, and acquired the latest surgical knowledge and skills in breast disease treatment. After working in rural Northern California as a general and breast surgeon, Dr. Varghese returns to her home state to focus on breast surgical care. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family. With compassionate care, Dr. Varghese is dedicated to providing surgical expertise and individualized attention to her patients.
