Dr. Sophia Myers, DC, FASA, is a Chiropractor and Acupuncturist practicing in Raleigh since 1998. Dr. Myers uses safe, effective techniques to help patients ranging from infants to seniors achieve better health, feel fantastic, and stay active.
She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University and holds a Bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University. Dr. Myers received her Acupuncture certificate from Texas Chiropractic College and trained with the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. Additionally, she is the developer of the Myers Method of Weight Loss, assisting patients to lose 12–35 lbs. in 5 weeks.

I love this practice and have been going here for years. Both Dr. Myers and Dr. Hayes are very experienced and have wonderful, professional, bedside manner. In addition, the office staff are caring, responsive, and always helpful. This is a great group!

My visits with Dr. Myers are always informative and healing. My overall health has improved greatly, as well as the level of comfort I feel in my body on a daily basis. Dr. Myers always takes the time to answer all of my questions and equipt me with information on now to better take care of myself.

I had the most AMAZING first experience and first impression. Dr. Hayes went above and beyond in every aspect of my visit. I have bad anxiety, and she made me feel so comfortable the entire visit. She’s extremely thorough and explained every part of the visit, and I learned a lot! I look forward to my next visit!!
