Dr. Francis was a great choice for a dermatologist! I went to his office for a very simple procedure that I have sought out several times from other doctors-however, his service, explanation and personal touch made this the best dermatologist visit I've ever had.
He is gentle and personable. Maybe he should be called the 'Grandpa Dermatologist"
I highly recommend him!

It was a first time visit and he left a good impression. I normally have bad experiences with dermatologists but he was very friendly and patient. He listened to what I've said about past medications for my skin condition and prescribed something entirely different. I look forward to trying it out.

Dr Iacobellis was friendly, professional, and I trusted him right away. He told me exactly what was wrong, took care of it immediately, and scheduled a follow-up 6 weeks later to be sure the issue is resolved.
Nobody tried to sell me any products or services - which i take as a good sign.

Wow! After having such a negative experience with my ENT physician I found here on ZocDoc, I can't say enough GREAT things about Dr. Iacobellis. His staff is wonderful. The office environment is very clean and cozy and current. There is NO wait time whatsoever and hasn't been the three times I have had appointments. Dr. Iacobellis gets to the point and does it with ease, confidence and expediency. I am really keen on his manner and his professionalism. He is the first appointment I ever made on ZocDoc and I can only hope that all future physicians I find on ZocDoc can meet his standards.

I've worked with Dr's all my life as a Radiographer, and this is the most amazing DR, as well as person that I've every met. You can tell by his office staff just how nice it must be to work for him, in this case "with" him.
I don't trust too often, but by the end of my visit I knew I would come back for any other problems. He's an "old fashioned", "up to date" practioner who is worthy of being called an MD.

Dr. Iacobellis was in and out. The visit lasted all of maybe 5 minutes- if that. He advertises that he takes insurance but I don't think he really likes doing so and/or doesn't think it pays him enough given the lack of attention and time he spent addressing the problem. Just considering the brevity of the visit it appears his interest is solely in the charge for the initial visit then in treating the patient. Frankly, I expect better than that so I won't return.
